Frequently Asked Billing Questions

• What insurances do you participate with?
  1. a. We participate with most insurance plans. We suggest that you contact your insurance company or our billing office to verify your own insurance plan.
  2. b. As of 2015 we are accepting all MVP Insurance plans.
  3. c. We participate with some but not all Health Marketplace Exchange insurances.
• Do I need a referral?

  Yes, if your insurance requires a referral for specialists. We are considered specialists.

• Can I set up a payment plan?

  We do consider payment plans based upon financial need. You may be asked to present some financial information. Call our billing office and they can assist you.

• What are your hours of operation?

  Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at our 3 main locations. We also see patients at our new location, Healthy You Wellness Center 104 Lafayette Rd. Syracuse NY 13205 within KinneyDrugs Store. Call their in store pharmacy for hours of operation. There are evening hours available on a first come, first serve basis at “Healthy You Wellness Center”

• Do you accept self-pay patients?

  We do see self pay patients but due to the cost of pulmonary function testing and necessary radiology testing, we try to refer you to the Clinic at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center. Please call the billing office if you have a specific question.

• Do you see pediatric patients?

  We normally serve an adult population, there are occasional exceptions with a referral from the patient's physician.
